⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Builder. Reliable, Honest, and Exceptionally Skilled! We were originally given Oliver’s details by an estate agent when we were getting quotes for another house. That purchase didn’t go ahead, but we’re so glad we held onto his number! When we finally found our new home, Oliver and his team transformed it. They sealed and painted a 3rd-floor timber window frame and porch (complete with scaffolding), removed the old kitchen, knocked through the wall between the kitchen and living room, fitted a new Howdens kitchen, laid new flooring, moved radiators, plastered ceilings, filled in old doors, and installed new lighting. From day one, Oliver and Chris were at our door bang on 8 a.m., working non-stop until 5:30, Monday to Saturday. They estimated 3½ weeks and actually finished on time! Friends thought it was impossible, but the quality and speed genuinely impressed everyone. Of course, with any renovation, a few surprises cropped up, but Oliver always explained everything clearly and handled each issue quickly and professionally. Communication was brilliant, and we had a WhatsApp group where he replied to every question, morning, noon, or night. Oliver, Chris, Basi (the electrician), and Dmitry (the plumber) were all an absolute pleasure to have around — hardworking, tidy, and genuinely lovely people. Oliver even gave me a hand with a couple of my own DIY side projects! In short: Oliver and his team are fantastic. Honest, punctual, skilled, and reliable, everything you could want in a builder. Oliver turned our old garage into a garden office space. The price was very good, he did an excellent job and it was really great working with him. He really cares about doing the work to the highest quality, and it really shows in the end result as you’ll see in the images below. He throws in extra things for free and is very generous with his time, so you always feel that he cares about the job. The site was very tidy at the end of the day and he was on schedule. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Oliver and Chris did a brilliant job of completely refurbishing our kitchen. They were efficient, on time and had great attention to detail. We were away when the work was being done, but Oliver kept us in the loop on all the work happening and checked in with us every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

I got Oliver back to help us remove bamboo and build sleepers and reinforce our fence. He did an amazing job: quick, efficient, high quality and tidy!

Oliver and Chris turned up at 8.00 am on the dot every morning and worked through untill 5pm every day. They were considerate and happy to discuss any changes of the original plan. Oliver supplied invoices at every stage. I had the toilet and bathroom wall taken out and knocked into one to make it more accesibl for my elderly mother The bathroom was tiled and the sink moved.The new shower was then installed. Oliver even found a window fan to replace the old one so that I didn’t need to have a new window. Finally a new radiator and electric and electric heater were installed to make sure mum would be cosy and warm when in the bathroom. The old door to the toilet was removed and a new wall put in its place. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oliver building services and he will be my ‘go to’ builder for work in the future. I contacted Oliver in January to fit a new bathroom and shower and also knock 2 rooms into one and make a large kitchen .. Oliver and the team have just finished and have done an amazing job they work really hard . Are trustworthy and customer service is amazing every day my house was cleaned up before they went home …Oliver went out of his Way to make sure we were happy with the plan and always was polite ..Chris. and the electrician and tiler were amazing too every body worked as a team . Oliver and Chris from day one were exceptional when fitting my kitchen. When I came to them with problems they just said no worries we will sort it, for example the kitchen worktop could not fit upstairs and within 10 minutes Chris had taken the window out and manoeuvred it up all on his own. They were always on time and worked so hard everyday and I was amazed at how quick the job was done but also to the highest standard. I trusted them completely to give them keys so they could come and go as they wanted and they messaged me with any questions which was extremely helpful as I worked everyday. They are both amazing and I can’t recommend them enough, to the point I have asked them to complete more work for me in the near future and will be calling them when I need other work done. As a young girl doing up a property for the first time I can’t thank them enough for being so lovely.

I would highly recommend Oliver’s Building Services. I had a small bathroom to be fitted. He arrived at the agreed time to give me a very fair and competitive quote for the job. Oliver and Chris arrived on time everyday and got on with the job without any fuss. He ensured the work was completed to a high standard and went the extra mile. A very nice guy and I will definitely be using Oliver’s Building Services again for future work’s in my property.

We took a chance on Oliver and his team in our first foray into renovating major parts of our home. Oliver and team reworked the kitchen, shower room from top to bottom, joinery under the stairs, flooring, including tiling the porch, laminate flooring hallway to the kitchen, took one wall down and put another one up; all under just one month. Their standard of work is extremely high, they were professional and efficient in every aspect of the job. Anything that needed to be changed from the original plan, Oliver communicated clearly and problem solved quickly. He listened and delivered on all our creative ideas and brought them to life beautifully. Both Oliver and Kris showed great workmanship in every part of our home they worked on.
